1 Payment methods

1.1 For shipment within Germany we offer the following methods of payment (if not stated differently in the individual product description):

2 Delivery

2.1 Depending on the volume of your order shipment will be carried out by DHL and its partners.

2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Albania, Canada, Andorra, Estonia, South Korea, Finland, Austria, France, Taiwan, Croatia, Thailand, Latvia, Georgia, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Poland, Lithuania, Portugal, Belgium, Luxemburg, Greece, Republic of Moldova, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Romania, Hungary, Bosnia und Herzegovina, Malta, Vatican City, San Marino, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, India, United States of America, Indonesia, Sweden, Monaco, Switzerland, China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Singapore, Slovakia, Japan, Slovenia, Cyprus, Netherlands, Spain,

2.3 Shipping of spirits to any foreign countries (EU and non EU) is limited to 4 bottles per order.
Please use 3.1. and 3.4. to calculate your individual shipping fee. 

3 Shipping fee

3.1 Shipping within Germany costs order value up to € 24,99 : € 10,90 and order value up to 99,99 : € 6,90. No shipping fee applies if your pre tax value order totals at least € 100,-. 

3.2 Please duly note that in case of delivery to foreign countries additional fees (like custom taxes) may apply. These fees will have to be payed by the client. 

3.3 For shipments to foreign countries the following shipping fees apply:

For deliveries of bottles to non-EU countries we charge a handling fee. Therefore the shipping costs for orders that include one or more bottles are :

Custom taxes, if applicable, will have to be payed by the recipient.

You will receive a notification concerning the total shipping fee at the end of the order transaction.

In case of delivery to non-EU countries additional fees and/or custom taxes may apply. The amount of these fees are determined individually by each country. Please ask your local customs office concerning these fees and taxes. You will have to pay for any additional fees or taxes that apply.

Attention for deliveries to Switzerland:
Deliveries to Switzerland are liable to customs duty if the order value exceeds € 40,00. The order value will be noted down on the parcel by Bonner Pfeifen- & Cigarrenhaus and custom fees will be collected by the Swiss customs office via the Swiss post office. Bonner Pfeifen- & Cigarrenhaus does not have any influence on these fees. Custom fees will have to be paid directly to the delivery person in addition to the previously paid order value. Please duly note that in case of prepayment additional banking fees will apply. These fees will have to be paid by the client, Bonner Pfeifen- & Cigarrenhaus does not account for any additional banking fees.  

4 Delivery period

4.1 In case of shipment to Germany goods will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If a product should not be in store and the delivery period would thus be longer than usually there will be a notification on the individual. product page.
