This wonderful rum made from the finest sugar cane of the Dominican Republic was made using the traditional Solera method and was matured in former Bourbon Whiskey casks for at least 21 years. The rum connoisseur will be overwhelmed not only by the elegant bottle and the intense reddish amber colour of Opthimus rum, but more so by its complex flavour which is characterised by nuances of honey, vanilla, cocoa, dark chocolate and oak. The aftertaste is long, sweet and smooth.
